Disaster payments for livestock losses from disease, adverse weather, blizzards, or wildfires. Also covers honeybee colony losses and feed costs. Value: Grants up to 50% of project cost (max $1M renewables, $500K efficiency); loan guarantees up to 75% of project cost. Putting solar on your barn? Upgrading to efficient grain drying?
